CompTIA’s IT Industry Business Confidence Index is published at the beginning of each quarter. A total of 277 U.S. IT companies participated in the survey. This quantitative study consisted of an online survey fielded to IT industry executives and professionals during early April 2016.
The factors that roiled the markets in the early part of the year were apparently still on the minds of IT industry executives as they reported their Q1 business confidence levels. CompTIA’s IT Industry Business Confidence Index fell -0.9 points to 63.1 on a 100-point scale. Despite the dip, the BCI remains in relatively healthy territory.
