This joint CompTIA-Baptie research study examines the similarities and differences of opinions between vendors and channel partners. It seeks to identify and understand areas where the channel relationship can be made more efficient and effective. We conducted the study in two parts. The first part consists of an online survey of sample vendors and the second part includes a survey of various types of channel partners, including VARs, solutions providers, MSPs and others.
Channel Trends: Perspectives from Solutions Providers and Vendors is a collection of key charts and graphs that visually represent the sheer volume of channel programs that are an issue for the partner community; discrepancies in how successful we think we are in providing support in important high-touch areas; an understanding of recurring revenues; the shift in distribution towards services; and other hot topics.
