July CompTIA ANZ Channel Community Meeting

July 25, 2018

Lessons Learned from a Cyber Incident

After experiencing what analysts have dubbed "the most costly cyber incident in corporate history", Equifax have been hard at work, committed to deliver on two top priorities: strengthening security and rebuilding trust with consumers.

In this candid and insightful keynote presentation, Roger Heyes (Business Information Security Officer for Equifax ANZ) explains how cybersecurity is a complex challenge that needs to be faced as an industry.

In addition, we’ve organised an entertaining challenge where tables will compete with each other to see who can best interpret the new mandatory data breach laws, followed by two roundtable discussions on security.

And for those who aren’t very security focused, we’ve got 4 alternative roundtable  discussions specifically tailored for our different attendees:

  • Advancing the role of Women in IT
  • Accelerating the career progression of Millennials
  • Industry insights from Executive Leaders
  • Impacts of Emerging Technologies

We think this meeting will have something for everyone!

Plus of course our usual Networking Drinks and Canapes after.

Attendance is FREE to all MSP/Solution Providers, Vendors, Distributors and anyone working in the technology industry
