Exhibitor Stand Operations

The exhibitor kit contains show information, shipping information, internet access, AV orders, etc.  

The exhibit hall is carpeted.

Stand Equipment Provided

  • Stand size: 3m wide x 2m deep
  • One 5' skirted table
  • Two side chairs
  • One ID sign
  • Complimentary wireless internet access


All materials shipped to The Queen Elizabeth II Conference Centre will be located at the loading bay on the ground level. Please proceed there to pick up your boxes where you will be provided will a trolley for transportation to the Mountbatten Lounge/Elizabeth Windsor on the fifth floor.

For your convenience, delivery notes are provided in the exhibitor kit.

To ensure accurate delivery, all shipments must be labeled properly as follows:
