They had interviewed close to 200 people over the course of six months and just couldn’t find the right people to fill four open positions. They were ready to hire anyone just to do so. Hebert didn’t want to settle, but recognized the dead end they were facing. While his program initially came together as a means to fill his company’s own needs, in actuality Filling the Talent Pool CompTIA Members are Creating Tomorrow’s Workforce Today Companies working toward bridging the skills gap via workforce development boost their bottom lines while improving lives and the IT industry itself – making such efforts an all-around win.
