Cisco’s new Small Business Unified Communications 300 Series allows solution providers to offer business-class networking and voice communications across their clients’ entire organization. Clients can take advantage of IP telephony to reduce costs, boost productivity and create a more collaborative company. The series also include built-in data and wireless support, plus advanced phone features such as voicemail and automated attendant.  You can replace their PBX or key systems with a single, all-in-one network solution.

Alteva, a unified communications solution provider in Philadelphia, enhanced its Channel Partner Program to help master  agents, agents and referral partners expand their offerings, boost revenues and increase market share with a cloud-based UC solution.  Alteva offers hosted VoIP integrated with Microsoft Communication Services, including Exchange, Office Communications Server (OCS) and SharePoint.  One of the highlights of Alteva’s Channel Partner Program is its competitive commission plan, with monthly residuals, which includes four partner levels.

Zenith Infotech also upped its partner program with NOC Service Miles. As a leader in remote monitoring and management (RMM), backup and disaster recovery, and virtual helpdesk solutions, Zenith Infotech allows its partners to leverage the technical support and implementation capability of the Network Operations Center (NOC) and to earn monthly service credits which can be redeemed for project work to be executed by the NOC.  This exclusive program is similar to hospitality rewards programs, i.e., the more you use, the more you earn. Projects that can be completed under the program include:

  • Installing Blackberry servers,

  • Configuring or migrating Exchange,

  • Installing software,

  • Optimizing desktops and

  • Troubleshooting applications.
