President Barack Obama’s administration boasts that it has cut taxes for small businesses 18 times in four years, says the New York Times. But only some of these were actual tax cuts, while others were tax incentives that encourage people to spend more money on things like equipment or health insurance, and still others were extensions of previous tax incentives.
Meanwhile, Obama and Republican nominee Mitt Romney are polling closely in several key states, and a number of key questions about the two presidential candidates will be answered in the upcoming presidential debates; this according to the Washington Post. During the first debate in Denver today, both candidates will have the opportunity to persuade undecided voters.
