Eric Hughes serves as a Partner of Agio Advisory, a diversified boutique accounting and advisory services firm specializing in fast-growth early-stage companies. Agio assists clients to access the financial, business operations, and strategic planning resources necessary to extend, expand, and accelerate their business growth trajectory. Eric provides clients with support in all of these areas, and is expert at connecting client needs, goals, and objectives, with actionable plans.

Eric was a co-founding partner and CEO of Komodo Cloud Inc. a cloud Managed Services Provider. Eric led the definition and development of Komodo’s business model, strategic direction, and operating platform. Komodo operates within the fast- moving marketplace for Cloud migration and managed services.

Eric previously founded Jooven8, Inc. in 2001, a small-business marketing and business development consultancy. Prior to that, Eric served as EVP of Marketing at Central Design Systems, Inc. (CDSI), a $140M IT solutions provider in San Jose, CA. At CDSI, Eric led the successful acquisition of three other tech companies.

Prior to CDSI, Eric served as Director of Marketing for Wyatt River Software (WRS), a developer of licensed products for enterprise customers. Eric was instrumental in executing the $16M sale of WRS to the publicly-held Rainbow Technologies (SFNT) Eric is an entrepreneur, business strategist, and an innovative business leader.

Eric is a creative and inspirational team leader, able to coordinate, motivate, and lead teams toward common goals. Eric attended San Diego State University, majoring in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing. Eric, wife Laura, and sons Jaxon and Camren live in Rolling Hills Estates, CA.
