For companies considering AI, Whittles offers a word of caution: “Don’t assume your data is accurate. Wherever humans are involved, there’s room for error. If you scale that, misreporting can become a significant issue. Data analysis and cleaning are vital.”

She shares a compelling example: “Someone told me it took their company 29 days to enter data, leaving just one day to analyze it. With AI, the data entry could take 45 seconds, giving them the entire month to focus on analysis.”
