  • California is the nation’s number one tech state and has the highest tech wages. 78 of EVERY 1,000 private sector workers in California are employed by high-tech.
  • In Hawaii, 32 out of every 1,000 jobs are in the tech industry and pay 83% more than the average private sector job.
  • Nearly 1,000,000 people are employed in tech in California.
