Leading IT industry association will host seventh annual virtual conference August 4-6
Downers Grove, Ill. – Companies and individuals involved in the business of technology will gather in an online environment this August when CompTIA, the leading trade association for the global information technology (IT) industry, hosts ChannelCon Online 2020.
CompTIA said today that registration is open for ChannelCon Online 2020, scheduled for August 4-6. It is the seventh consecutive year that CompTIA will welcome IT industry thought leaders, decision-makers, entrepreneurs, and visionaries to the online event.
This world-class digital conference will deliver inspiring and educational content over three days, aimed at helping technology companies build more successful businesses and empowering all attendees with impactful information on the trends shaping the global tech industry.
“While we’ll miss the camaraderie that’s become so much a part of the ChannelCon in-person experience, the entire CompTIA team is extremely excited about the opportunity to reach new audiences and offer attendees new and unique ways to connect with each other,” said Kelly Ricker, executive vice president for events and education at CompTIA.
“So often challenges and change bring out the best in people,” Ricker continued. “We fully expect our association members, industry partners and guests to embrace this opportunity and make ChannelCon Online 2020 an event unlike any other.”
Highlights of the online conference will include sessions on strengthening relationships between technology vendors and their channel partners; business opportunities with emerging technologies; and how certifications build a stronger and more skilled workforce of IT professionals. Keynote speeches by CompTIA President and CEO Todd Thibodeaux and Nancy Hammervik, the association’s executive vice president for industry relations; and recognition of the CompTIA Member of the Year and other award winners will also be featured.
CompTIA will also introduce a unique and powerful platform to facilitate online networking and potential partnerships for the association’s vendor and distributor members.
CompTIA is offering ChannelCon Online for free to anyone involved in the business of technology around the world. To register or for more information visit www.comptia.org/channelcon.
