If you have active CompTIA certifications, the CompTIA Continuing Education (CE) program enables you to keep all your ISO/ANAB-approved certifications active by renewing the highest-level CE certification listed below.
Note: CE Fees are not waived if the higher-level CompTIA certification does not fully renew the lower-level certification.

Renewal intent level
If you intend to keep all your CE certifications current, you must select your highest level certification as your “intent level.” You will be prompted to select your intent level when paying CE fees and/or submitting CEUs when logged in to your certification account. In the example above, you would select Security+ as your intent level to renew both Security+ and A+.
