CompTIA Terms and Conditions for FMC Products

  1. Introduction. These Terms and Conditions apply specifically to Future Media Concepts, Inc. ("FMC") products and services purchased through CompTIA's e-commerce store. By purchasing FMC products through CompTIA, you agree to these terms. These Terms and Conditions supplement the CompTIA Terms of Use. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and the CompTIA Terms of Use, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail with respect to FMC products and services only. For all matters not specifically addressed in these Terms and Conditions, the CompTIA Terms of Use shall apply.

  2. Relationship Between CompTIA and FMC. CompTIA is an authorized distributor of FMC's technology training products and certification vouchers. While CompTIA processes your payment, FMC is responsible for delivering all products and services purchased.

  3. CompTIA's Responsibilities. CompTIA is responsible for:
    1. Processing payments for FMC products purchased through the CompTIA store
    2. Addressing payment-related inquiries and issues
    3. Providing pre-sales support related to the CompTIA store functionality
  4. FMC's Responsibilities. FMC is solely responsible for:
    1. Delivery and fulfillment of all purchased products and services
    2. Quality and content of all training materials and courses
    3. Instructor recruitment, oversight, and compensation
    4. All post-sale customer communications and support
    5. Honoring all guarantees, warranties, and policies related to their products
    6. Obtaining customer consent for direct marketing from FMC
  5. Disclaimer of Warranties. CompTIA makes no warranties, representations, or guarantees regarding FMC products or services, including their quality, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. All product warranty or fulfillment-related issues should be directed to FMC.
