What is a systems engineer?

A systems engineer plays a crucial role in designing and implementing computer and data communication networks for businesses and organizations. They plan and design the network layout, determine the necessary hardware, and decide on the placement of computers, servers, cables, and routers. Additionally, they assess data storage needs, system capacity, speed, and the software required to ensure optimal system performance.
