Migrating Your Products
Should you have products in use on the legacy platform that need migrating to the CertMaster platform, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager or submit a Help Request with your intentions and needs for migration. Our Customer Success Team will ensure your institution is set up with a CertMaster account and provide access to the products you are using.
If you need legacy platform access keys/contract licenses exchanged for CertMaster access keys/licenses, please list the access keys or name of contract license needing to be exchanged along with the order number.
**Access keys or contract license seats must be unused and purchased within the last year and will be exchanged for a comparable product on the CertMaster platform.
