Product Fulfillment FAQs

Q: When will I receive my product(s)?

  • You can expect to receive an email from auto-fulfillment@comptia.org within 6 hours of placing your order, with your product access details. 

    Please note: Exam vouchers must be redeemed with exam scheduled and taken within 12 months from the date of purchase. All learning products must be activated/redeemed within 12 months of purchase.

    If you do not receive this email, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still do not see it, please submit a Help Request.

Q: How does CompTIA fulfill product orders?

  • For learning products with a quantity of 1 or 2, CompTIA will fulfill and deliver individual access keys for the product.
  • For learning products with a quantity of 3 or more, CompTIA will fulfill and deliver a Business/Organizational classroom setup, which includes student access keys for the product.
  • For exam products, they will be fulfilled with individual exam vouchers regardless of quantity.

Q: Is there a difference in the learning products content provided?

No, both the individual and Business/Organizational offerings of the learning products provide access to the same product and content.

Q: What is the benefit of the Business/Organizational learning product offering?

The Business/Organizational offering includes the additional benefit of classroom management and student reporting for learning products, which is not available with individual access keys.
