iOS Support Essentials
iOS Support Essentials will enable you to use, support iOS, and get the most out of your iPhone or iPad. Students will learn how to share files, create documents, surf the web, back up and restore data, stay secure, and keep software up to date, among other topics.

Skills learned
Upon completion of the iOS Support Essentials, students will be able to:
- Manage and set up Apple devices, understand hardware features, backup, and restore devices
- Compare iOS versions, and understand upgrading, multitasking, and managing battery life
- Navigate the app store, understand the iOS file system, share files between apps, and edit text
- Manage email, iCloud services, and FaceTime
- Explore camera features, photo management, connecting to external displays, and using Apple TV
- Learn about passcodes, ApplePay, TouchID, restrictions, and compliance
- Explore accessibility options, VoiceOver, and Siri
- Understand the app store, custom B2B apps, and iOS development

- Students who attend iOS Support Essentials need not have any iPad or iPhone experience at all, but some familiarity with the iOS or other mobile OSes can help
