Taipei, Taiwan – To accelerate AI talent development in Taiwan and strengthen alignment with international standards, the Computer Skills Foundation (CSF) formally signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with CompTIA, a globally recognized IT certification organization, during the 2026 AI WAVE exhibition. The MOU was signed by Jeffery Huang, Secretary General of CSF, and Stanley Wong, APAC Director of CompTIA. Through this partnership, both organizations will collaborate on AI learning materials, certifications, and workforce development initiatives to establish an AI talent development framework that meets global industry demands.
As AI becomes a core capability driving transformation across industries worldwide, demand for professionals with AI expertise continues to grow rapidly. CSF has long been dedicated to IT education, professional certification, and talent development, building a comprehensive digital skills validation ecosystem. Through this collaboration with CompTIA, CSF will gain access to internationally recognized AI learning resources and certification programs, helping students, educators, and professionals in Taiwan stay current with global AI technology trends and enhance their international competitiveness.
For many years, CSF has actively promoted IT competency certifications and established a trusted talent assessment framework supported by industry, government, and academia. CSF is also recognized by Taiwan’s Ministry of Digital Affairs as an important partner within the AI Industry Talent Framework Certification Network. Through ongoing collaboration with domestic and international educational institutions and industry partners, CSF continues to develop talent cultivation models that align with workforce needs. This partnership with CompTIA not only expands CSF’s international collaboration footprint but also represents an important milestone in aligning Taiwan’s AI education ecosystem with global standards.
Going forward, the two organizations will gradually introduce and promote a series of AI learning programs and international certifications in Taiwan, including AI Essentials, AI Prompting, and AI Agent. By engaging universities, vocational and senior secondary schools, enterprises, and government agencies, the partnership aims to establish a comprehensive AI learning and skills validation framework that helps cultivate professionals with practical AI capabilities and global competitiveness.
