CompTIA’s IT Industry Business Confidence Index is published at the beginning of each quarter. A total of 257 U.S. IT companies participated in the survey. This quantitative study consisted of an online survey fielded to IT industry executives and professionals during early July 2016. The data can be used a directional barometer of the IT channel.
CompTIA’s IT Industry Business Confidence Index fell -1.4 points to 61.7 on a 100-point scale. All three components of the Index experienced declines, with the company self-assessment falling at the sharpest rate. Looking ahead, IT industry executives expect business conditions to essentially remain unchanged.
