In order to do this, they worked with CompTIA research to explore the KANO model and find what additional insight using this model would bring. Core managed print service elements and next level services are both compared in this document. This document was the result of numerous discussions, working community meetings and application of the voice of the customer from the research study, Trends in Managed Print.
