These awards are a great way to show peer-to-peer recognition and recognize thought leadership in the industry. As a not for profit trade association, CompTIA stands for excellence and standards in the industry and we want to recognize companies and individual who reflect that.

Future Leader Award

The Future Leader Award is earned by an individual who is making their mark within a CompTIA Corporate Member organization, who has shown success or originality as an entrepreneur or industry professional in a start-up, emerging technology or technology solution focused organization and has made an impact in the business of technology solutions in a demonstrable way. Candidates should have a minimum two (2) years of industry experience and less than 35 years of age as of June 30, 2020.

ChannelChanger Award

The ChannelChanger Award is earned by an individual who is making their mark within a CompTIA Corporate Member organization. This individual has shown success or originality as an entrepreneur or industry professional, is channel focused and has made an impact on channel strategy for their company in a demonstrable way. Candidates should have a minimum two (2) years of industry experience and be between the ages of 23-35 by June 30, 2020.

Woman in Technology Leadership Award

The Woman in Technology Leadership Award is earned by a technology professional who is an active leader in the industry as well as her personal network and community. This individual serves as an advocate for women in technology, a role model for others and has made a positive impact on individuals as well as organizations. Special consideration will be given to candidates in 2020 who have demonstrated leadership in their community or organization during the COVID-19 crisis or are impacting social change.

Diversity in Technology Leadership Award

The Diversity in Technology Leadership award is earned by an individual who is an active leader in the technology industry as well as their personal network and community. This person is an advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), serves as a role model for others and has a positive impact on the lives and careers of others. The candidate is change maker, transforming lives and/or organizations through a sustained commitment to DEI values. Special consideration will be given to candidates in 2020 who have demonstrated leadership in their community or organization during the COVID-19 crisis or are impacting social change.

UK Solution Provider of the Year

Open to any Solution Provider operating in the technology sector. Nominees must demonstrate leadership, excellence and innovation towards their organisation and clients. Special consideration will be given to candidates in 2020 who have demonstrated leadership in their community or organisation during the COVID-19 crisis or are impacting social change.

UK Innovative Vendor of the Year

Open to any Vendor organisation operating in the technology sector that demonstrates innovation or innovative approach that has transformed their organisation, a client’s organisation or wider industry. Special consideration will be given to candidates in 2020 who have demonstrated leadership in their community or organisation during the COVID-19 crisis or are impacting social change.

UK Innovative Distributor of the Year

Open to any Distributor organisation operating in the technology sector that has successfully applied any form of innovation that has had significant impact on their organisation, a client’s organisation or wider industry. Special consideration will be given to candidates in 2020 who have demonstrated leadership in their community or organisation during the COVID-19 crisis or are impacting social change.

UK Community Organisation of the Year

Nominees must be a CompTIA Corporate Member that, in the prior 12 months, has demonstrated outstanding collective service and impact through their organisation’s engagement, commitment, passion and leadership in assisting CompTIA as it advances the tech industry. Special consideration will be given to candidates in 2020 who have demonstrated leadership in their community or organisation during the COVID-19 crisis or are impacting social change.

UK Community Champion of the Year

Recognises an individual from a CompTIA Corporate Member organisation who, in the prior 12 months, has demonstrated outstanding service and impact through his/her commitment, passion, professionalism and leadership in assisting CompTIA as it advances the Tech industry. Special consideration will be given to candidates in 2020 who have demonstrated leadership in their community or organisation during the COVID-19 crisis or are impacting social change.

The ChannelChanger Award is given to a young professional who is making their mark within a CompTIA Corporate Member organisation, who has shown success or originality as an entrepreneur, or has made an industry impact in some other demonstrable way. Candidates should have a minimum two (2) years of industry experience and must be 35 years old or younger. Special consideration will be given to candidates in 2020 who have demonstrated leadership in their community or organisation during the COVID-19 crisis or are impacting social change.

This individual is an active leader in the technology industry as well as her personal community. She serves as an advocate for women in technology, a role model for others, has made significant contributions to the industry and has a positive impact on individuals and organisations she works with. Special consideration will be given to candidates in 2020 who have demonstrated leadership in their community or organisation during the COVID-19 crisis or are impacting social change.
