Community Engagement Manager, QuoteWerks
Jessie Devine is the Community Engagement Manager for QuoteWerks and joined the team in 2014. As the Community Engagement Manager for QuoteWerks she is responsible for engaging partners, marketing, business development as well as event planning and management. Devine attends dozens of tradeshows a year for speaking engagements and representing QuoteWerks at the events. Devine spearheads the QuoteWerks User Summit and revived the QuoteWerks training program and continues to lead, direct, and manage all aspects of the in-house and roadshow trainings. She currently sits on the Executive Council for the CompTIA Future Leaders Community and was recognized as CRN 2017 Women of the Channel. Previous to QuoteWerks, Jessie has managed several trade associations and was a Business Development Specialist for a local company based in Orlando, FL. She received her B.S. from Florida State University studying Event Management.
Senior Event Manager, The ASCII Group
Mackenzie Heddy was born and raised in Ormond Beach, Florida. After high school, she moved to Jacksonville where she attended the University of North Florida and received her B.S. in Communications with a track in public relations. She accepted a job with the ASCII Group as an Event Coordinator a week after graduating. She is currently the Senior Event Manager and is responsible for the logistical planning and execution of all nice of ASCII’s yearly IT Success Summits. In addition to her logistical duties she is responsible for fostering relationships between key stakeholders of The ASCII Group. After years in this position Mackenzie has discovered her passion for taking complex challenges like creating value for partners, vendors, ASCII and delivering that value in a single event. When she isn’t traveling for work she enjoys spending time at home with her husband and English bulldog Bill in Denver, Colorado.
Senior Channel Manager, Inbay Ltd.
I joined Inbay as a graduate, working initially within Inside Sales and subsequently in Channel Management. Four years on, and now Senior Channel Manager, I am responsible for new business and managing the accounts of our MSP partners in the UK, the US, Benelux and Australia. My remit is wide-ranging and involves working with all members of the Inbay team as well as with different roles within our MSP partners, including C-level executives. Having been closely involved in the international expansion of Inbay’s Channel Services business, and being involved in the wider community through being elected the CompTIA UK Executive Council in 2018, I have seen the challenges many MSP’s face when trying to grow profitably in a changing industry, and therefore strive to aid in their journey as a trusted extension of their team.
