Refunds are now managed internally by CompTIA. Our returns policy and timeframes can be found here. Once the return process is started, you’ll receive an email notification confirming that your return request has been submitted, and you will receive additional follow-up communication from our support team regarding the processing of your return.

As a student you may be eligible for a discount when you link your SheerID through your account information under Login > My Customer Profile. Alternatively, you can access this feature directly on the checkout page by following this prompt displayed on the page: ‘Student? See if you qualify for a discount.’ Once your student ID is validated by completing the fields on the SheerID pop-up, your discount will be automatically applied.
