Unless otherwise agreed to with CompTIA, CompTIA shall delete the following types of records from the learning platform after approximately 7 years: user data, data related to classes, and institution data. Note this approach does not apply to CompTIA's certification exam data. Records related to learning products, courses, and content will be deleted from CompTIA's learning platform approximately 18 months following a course's retirement date. Notwithstanding, CompTIA may maintain de-identified and anonymized learning data for longer periods of time for analysis purposes.
