Shape the Future of OT Security with CompTIA

CompTIA is inviting experienced OT security professionals to help develop the brand-new CompTIA SecOT+ certification by participating in the SecOT+ beta exam (SO1001).

SecOT+ is CompTIA’s first certification focused exclusively on OT security, addressing the unique risks that arise when IT and OT systems converge. Your realworld expertise will help validate knowledge and skills related to OT safety and physical impacts, OT risk management, OT vs. IT operational differences, OT governance and compliance, and incident detection and response.

What’s in it for you?

Qualify, take, and pass the beta exam and earn the CompTIA SecOT+ certification free of charge. Official beta exam results will be released when the exam launches in December 2026.

Who should participate?

Professionals with 3+ years in OT environments and 2+ years securing OT systems, including OT security engineers, ICS/SCADA engineers, analysts, architects, and plant or critical infrastructure leads.
