CompTIA is looking for Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) who have current experience specializing in automating and streamlining complex IT systems, enabling system and network administrators to automate routine tasks, managing system configurations, and/or streamlining workflows, to be involved in an Cut Score workshop for our new CompTIA certification, AutoOps+
During the Cut Score workshop, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) will determine and set the passing standard for the certification exam, and will create, develop, and review items for the CompTIA SecAI+ exam.
SMEs who attend the workshop will receive:
- An honorarium of $440 per day (or $2,200 total for the week), pending adequate level of participation
- 40 continuing education credits (CEUs)
- A complimentary CompTIA testing voucher for the exam of their choice
- Breakfast, lunch, and refreshments daily during the workshop
In recognition of their contributions, all SMEs who participate in the entire Cut Score workshop will have their names and companies (if provided) listed on the CompTIA website.
*International SMEs will instead receive $540/day stipend ($2,700 total) to help defer additional travel costs.
*International SMEs are those who live outside of the US, Mexico, Canada or Puerto Rico.

Only professionals currently working in one of the above fields should apply. Although CompTIA appreciates interest from the training community, applications from trainers/teachers, authors, or individuals who may profit or materially benefit from knowledge of the CompTIA credential content are not eligible to participate.
