Doug Brown is the National Manager of the Solution Services (professional services) organization at Xerox Canada. With over twenty five years in the IT industry, he is currently responsible for development and deployment of the professional services strategy for Canada. Doug brings a wealth of industry knowledge combined with a passion for customers, having held many senior positions in technical services, business development, product management and marketing. Having been a member of CompTIA’s Services and Support Canadian Community for several years, he is a strong promoter of training and certifications within Xerox and the industry as a whole.
Doug resides in Toronto, Canada and is a graduate of RCC Institute of Technology. He achieved his Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification in 2007, leading many significant projects in the IT space. Doug also represents Xerox Canada in the Technical Services Professional Association.
