Vice President, Sales and Client Development,
Angelo Simao has 20 years of IT recruitment and field service industry experience and is Vice President, Sales and Client Development with F2OnSite, Inc. His past experience includes building and managing teams that deliver IT services and support workforce solutions to Fortune 1000 companies, mid-to-small sized businesses, and government agencies. Angelo’s main task at F2OnSite is to develop and drive business plans which include strategic planning, market segmentation and identifying business opportunities. Overall, he uses his experience to introduce, direct and manage sales and business development operations. Angelo is also a member of the executive team and helps develop strategic initiatives and set direction for company expansion. Prior to joining F2OnSite, Angelo successfully served in executive and director roles with several IT staffing related companies. His decision to come on board with F2OnSite was primarily based on their never wavering commitment to client and employee satisfaction in their goal to be the premier IT services dispatch and project staffing partner.
Angelo participates in several industry organizations and is a frequent speaker, panelist and moderator at CompTIA events; a featured speaker at Mass Bay Project Management Institute career workshops and chapter events; and a Mentor with Year Up Boston for urban young adults entering the IT field. As the father of 2 girls, he has always been aware and sensitive to their opportunities and activities. Having access to programs and events that helped expand their horizons was important so he is proud to be a member and current Executive Council member of CompTIA’s Advancing Women in IT Community. He is also a current member and former Executive Council member of CompTIA’s IT Services and Support Community. Angelo holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English and Business Management and a Master’s Degree in Organization and Management. He resides in the Boston area with his wife and 2 daughters.
