CompTIA is looking for data professionals who have current experience working in the data systems field to be involved in a Cut Score workshop for a Data Systems certification exam.
During the Cut Score workshop, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) will determine and set the passing standard for the certification exam, and will create, develop, and review items for the CompTIA Data Systems exam.
Assistance from SMEs is crucial in providing industry relevant certifications. Potential SMEs must have at least 5 years of experience working as a database administrator, data administrator, or data engineer. Potential SMEs must have hands-on experience working with on-premises databases, cloud-based relational databases, and/or NoSQL databases. Solution architecture experience is a plus.

In recognition of their contributions, all SMEs who participate in the entire Item Writing workshop will have their names and companies (if provided) listed on the CompTIA website.
