Get a better understanding of service business opportunities — and ways to monetize — using CompTIA’s new video series from the IT Services and Support Community.

Get a better understanding of service business opportunities — and ways to monetize — using a new video series from CompTIA’s IT Services and Support Community.

Created by our ITSS members, each video in the Tomorrow’s Tech series runs about 15 minutes and focuses on a topic related to service business opportunities for the ITSS Community. ITSS Community Member Howard Cohen wrote and recorded all the videos, including the debut, Remaining Relevant & Profitable in the IT World of Tomorrow.

The videos will provide information on recognizing and taking advantage new service business opportunities and models and offer an increased understanding within CompTIA about the practices and issues related to the services portion of the IT channel.

View all the videos on the ITSS Video Resources page. Use the tool as a quick reference guide and help your clients move to the next level in business.

Take a Spin Through IT Careers

There’s another set of videos available, too, featuring real stories from people who got a chance to enter the world of information technology and wouldn’t look back if they could.

If you’re thinking about getting into IT, or know someone who is, use the video series from the Creating IT Futures Foundation to hear from real IT professionals on what inspired them to enter the industry and how a simple certification can bring you to the next level.
