Toni is a seasoned B2B global marketing executive who has helped companies of all sizes create new revenue streams from new markets, new offerings and new channels of distribution by combining creative ideas with data analytics to unlock opportunities in highly competitive markets. She has been named one of Brand Innovator’s Top 100 Women in Brand Marketing.

She spent the first half of her career in B2B media sales, progressing from an individual contributor to Associate Publisher for CRN, formerly Computer Reseller News. As the print publishing business shifted in favor of digital, she co-founded The Institute for Partner Education & Development (IPED), creating a new multi-million-dollar revenue stream for United Business Media in channel consulting, research and training.

Toni serves as a member of CompTIA’s Audit, Finance and Investment Committee. She was also the Chair of the 2018 B2B Advertising Awards for the American Marketing Association and sits on the Board of Experts for Glilot Capital, a VC firm that funds early-stage technology start-ups.

As the Chief Marketing Officer for EY Americas, the $15bn professional services firm globally known as Ernst & Young LLP, she is responsible for defining and implementing a strategic marketing vision across industry sectors, geographies and service lines to drive revenue, relationships and reputation for the firm. This includes creating and executing an integrated marketing strategy that encompasses branding, media, experiential and digital marketing.

Prior to EY Americas, Toni was the Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of Xerox, responsible for creating a holistic strategy, from brand to demand, to deliver profitable growth in untapped B2B and B2B2C market segments. Toni was also the Vice President of Global Marketing for their $3 billion division dedicated to growing profitable revenue through indirect channels. She was responsible for all marketing and communications, including redefining the go-to-market strategy, building a relevant brand for small and midsize business, creating segment specific offerings and driving demand generation for 10 million customers in over 40 countries.

Before joining Xerox, Toni served as the Divisional CMO and Vice President of Worldwide Marketing for the Data Management division of CA Technologies, which now operate as Erwin, Inc. and Arcserve, Inc. The daughter of an expat, Toni grew up overseas in Europe and the Middle East before returning to the United States to attend Babson College.
