With the CompTIA
African Partner Conference less than a month away, the agenda is set and event details are nearly finalized to bring together
CompTIA partners and members from across Africa to participate in some cross-community networking.
This year’s conference is scheduled for September 13
th at the Blue Valley Golf and Country Estate in Midrand, South Africa, and will feature an agenda packed full of speakers, panels and information sessions that will focus on the value of IT training and certifications.
The
agenda will spotlight keynote speaker, Mark Keating, chief executive officer, SalesGuru, as he presents the “Managing High Performance Sales Teams.”
Before becoming a serial entrepreneur, Keating was a financial services and telecommunications salesman cutting his teeth in some of the toughest markets. Keating is recognized as a leading sales expert and shares with audiences both his experiences and what he has learned from interviewing numerous top sales producers locally and abroad. He has spoken for more than 100 of South Africa’s leading businesses, covering a broad range of sales-based topics.
The conference also will feature a CompTIA Vision 2012 and Beyond presentation by Todd Thibodeaux, chief executive officer and president, CompTIA, and a Certification Update by Terry Erdle, executive vice president, skills certification, CompTIA.
In addition attendees will learn from Pearson VUE case studies and a corporate panel discussion facilitated by Monre Botes, chief executive officer, Tremendis Learning.
