What are the benefits of a corporate membership with CompTIA?
CompTIA offers many different benefits for members, including discounted certification vouchers, business-related Webinars, access to 20 annual and archived research reports, best practice documents and free registrations to networking opportunities including CompTIA Breakaway – North America's premier IT channel event. Who are CompTIA’s members?
Our members include technology vendors (original equipment manufacturers), distributors, value-added resellers and solution providers, training organizations, consultants to the IT industry, and all other users of technology.
How can I receive discounts on certifications and study materials?
In order to receive discounts on certifications, you must be a corporate member of the association and complete the online application form. Please click here to complete a member application form.
How much are certification discounts?
Certification discounts are up to 15%, depending on the certification.
What is cost of membership?
All memberships are annual and dues will vary based on organization type. For small business owners, we offer the VAR membership, which starts at just $20 per month.
Who do I contact with questions about becoming a corporate member?
For corporate membership and training provider inquiries, please contact Member Services at 630-678-8300, option 2 and ask for the Membership Team or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Who do I contact with questions about becoming a training provider member?
Training provider partners are part of our CompTIA Authorized Partner Program. Contact email@example.com for more information.
How do I know if my company is already a member?
The Member Services team will be happy to assist you. Please direct all member inquiries to Member Services at 630-678-8300, option 2 and ask for the Membership Team or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Does CompTIA conduct any training?
CompTIA does not conduct any training; however, we do have partners that provide training for our certifications. Please go to our training partner database to find an authorized training partner in your area.
I’m a corporate member, who do I contact with login questions or issues?

I have a CompTIA certification, but can’t find my CareerID number or certification ID card. Who do I contact to get this?
If you’ve lost or misplaced your certification card or certificate, please contact our certification customer service team at 630-678-8300, ext. 5, or submit a ticket at http://support.comptia.org to have a duplicate sent.
I have a CompTIA certification. Does this make me a CompTIA member?
No, certification holders do not have corporate CompTIA member benefits unless you or your company has paid for a CompTIA corporate membership.
