IT Services and Support Section

Members of the CompTIA IT Services and Support Section help shape the future of the industry. The group brings together IT service executives to discuss issues in the channel and help create solutions.

Representatives from resellers, service providers, distributors, parts providers and logistics companies participate in quarterly meetings to develop initiatives and create industry standards. Task forces are created to address specific initiatives, such as service performance benchmarking, establishing best practices and solving industry issues.

Several CompTIA certifications, the Authorized Service Center program, and our Customer Service Excellence Program began as initiatives in the Services and Support Forum.

Quarterly meetings are held in the United States, Europe, Canada and South Africa.
