The CompTIA Small Business Owners Community focuses on the development of best practices, business fundamental education and resources for emerging IT business owners (i.e. VARs, MSPs with fewer than 50 employees). The Small Business Owners Community provides networking opportunities to thought leaders from this technology business segment, develops small business-specific education programs, and creates member-driven initiatives. The initiatives include employee training programs for critical organizational disciplines, including business development, customer services, human resources, technical services, time management and business documentation.
