IT Law Council

CompTIA's IT Law Council brings together legal-thought leaders in the global IT industry to identify and discuss prevalent legal issues in IT, and collectively work toward solutions.

The general counsel or chief legal officer of any CompTIA member and organizations qualified to be a CompTIA member that qualify in the following categories can join the council:

• IT vendors with $100+ million in revenue
• IT distributors with $100+ million in revenue
• IT solution providers with $50+ million in revenue

Law firm partners who provide material representation to any of the membership categories listed above also can join the council, with approval from CompTIA.
