
The IT Services and Support Executive Forum consists of IT service industry executives who gather to discuss key issues and collaborate on building programs. Participating in these groups and meetings are executives of technology reseller, service provider, distributor, parts provider and logistic companies. The members assemble quarterly to develop industry standards and create teams to address specific initiatives, including service performance benchmarking, establishing best practices and solving other industry issues.
Examples of on-going initiatives of the Forum:
- Cost-to-Serve Benchmark
- Green IT best practices
- Setting up industry standards for damages caused by end-user customer
