Q: How do I join as a new member?
A: Upon successful application, you will be sent an invoice for £450. Once the monies have been received, you will be issued with a membership ID. This is your unique reference and will be required when purchasing CompTIA exam vouchers to access the discounts.
Payments can be made by cheque or bank transfer. Payment details will be included on the invoice. If paying by cheque, please make payable to CompTIA and send to:

When your membership has been made active, you will gain access to the CAPP Academy Portal where you can download resource documents and support materials. Log in details will be sent to you along with the Welcome Guide.
Any additional CompTIA exam vouchers you require should be purchased directly with one of the testing providers; Prometric or Pearson VUE. Please see the ‘How to purchase vouchers and book exams guide’ in the resources tab.
Q: How do I join the new program as an existing E2C member?
A: Members due for renewal after the launch date of 23rd March 2011 will be invoiced for the new amount of £450. You will need to fill in a new application to confirm we have your correct details.
Anyone renewed before 23rd March 2011 will be transitioned onto the new program with the help of the CAPP Academy Manager but will not pay the £450 fee until the next renewal is due.

When your next renewal is due, we will contact you to fill in a new application form and you will receive an invoice for £450. Upon successfully completing the application, you will be sent details on how to order your complimentary vouchers and plaque which will be sent within 30 days.

Q: How can I obtain my free instructor vouchers?
A: You are entitled to 2 free instructor vouchers per membership year which can be ordered by emailing mhenderson@comptia.org.
This is to ensure that instructors are certified in the exams they are teaching.
Please note: If you do not request your vouchers within the membership year, we will not issue vouchers from your previous year's allocation.
