  • Work on Strategy: Work on your hedgehog – the three elements that are the foundation of your BHAG – what is your purpose, what are you best at and your profit/x. Learn how these long term decisions help you make the RIGHT short term decisions.
Brand Promise
Your brand promise is the single most important measurable that matters to your customers yet makes you different from the competition.
  • Work on Brand Promise: Work on your Brand Promise and how you will measure it. What are the unique activities that support your brand promise? What makes you unique from your competitors? How will you measure?

Execution

Theme
The theme is an idea or image that transforms a managerial goal into a company-wide mission.
  • Work on Theme: Work on defining your theme and how you’ll roll it out to the troops. What is your quarter all about? How will you measure success?
Annual and Quarterly Plan
The Annual and Quarterly Plan identifies the company’s priorities for the year and how they break down quarter by quarter?

Individual Plan
