As President and CEO of Vital Signs Technology, Inc., Patrick is responsible for providing long-range planning and vision. He works closely with strategic technology partners to develop and enhance our current software and hardware offerings, which address the business-critical issues that our customers face.

Having worked with computers for nearly 30 years (since the age of 4), Patrick has a keen understanding of both legacy systems and bleeding edge technology. He is a 12-year veteran of the computer industry and has helped manage the technology needs for several "Top 20" Silicon Valley start-ups, serving as Systems and Network Administrator, IT Manager, Director of Information Systems, and CTO. He has been accountable for strategic planning, M&A integration (6 at a single company), global ERP implementations (across 3 continents), Healthcare Provider systems, and technical support (24x7).

Patrick earned a B.A in Business from Western Baptist College. He is a Microsoft Certified Engineer, UNIX administrator, Security+, and a Microsoft Small Business Specialist. He also holds CERT and FEMA certifications for disaster recovery.
