After four years of development and beta testing within the DSM environment, itControl Suite emerged as a next generation remote management solution.  Leveraging the experience of DSM to create an effective and results oriented product, itControl Suite received 10 CompTIA “Best in Class” awards in 2008.  Today, in addition to providing an essential RMM solution to over 400 MSPs worldwide, itControl Suite powers DSM, where 85% of all revenue is monthly recurring with such strong profitability, it has fully funded the development and marketing of itControl Suite.
