Dan Liutikas is the senior vice president, chief legal officer and corporate secretary at CompTIA. He is a technology expert with experience in domestic and international corporate and intellectual property law. Dan has served as external general counsel to mid to large-size businesses in a variety of technology industries. His work extends into areas such as tax and regulatory issues; management and protection of intellectual property portfolios; corporate matters and the development of legal service benefits and webinars for CompTIA members.

In addition to his duties as CompTIA’s CLO, Dan also is responsible for identifying and leading strategic business initiatives for the association and the industry. Dan is a passionate and intimately involved advocate for small to mid-size businesses on public policy matters as well as non-legislative strategies for the IT industry.
