Terry served as Vice President of Human Resources-West Coast for a Fortune 100 company. 

He is the author of a dozen books and many articles dealing with the value and impact of employee-employer relations.  His books include several best sellers: Documenting Employee Performance, Preventing Sexual Harassment, and Behavior Based Interviewing.  His leadership series, Coaching Tips, Performance Review Tips, Leadership Tips, Conflict Resolution Tips and Team Tips are recognized leadership tools.  Additionally, he has written business management articles for the Sacramento Bee, Comstock’s Business Journal, the Society of Human Resource Management and the ICMA.

Terry experience includes the areas of public agencies, healthcare, manufacturing, high technology, sales and distribution.  He holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of South Florida and a MS in Human Resources/Organizational Development from the University of San Francisco.
