Paul is a 25-year veteran in the data communications/ networking industry. Paul's ability to select personnel who inevitably have a high degree of positive impact on the corporation's profitability and customer service satisfaction, has given him advantages that the vanguard of a successful management team relies upon for their continued success. Paul has studied Business and Technology. He is a part-time professor at Johnson & Wales University in Providence, RI where he teaches IT Call Center Management. Paul is instrumental in the creation and development of the alliances 1nService has today due to his ability to communicate the 1nService vision, mission, purpose, and advantage to the 1nService community and the industry. While, providing direction and support through strategic changes and enhancements to the current organization. He creates alliances with key associations, suppliers, consultants, and industry leaders and his strategic leadership is focused on making 1nService the premier collaborative network in the world.
