Expertise and Accomplishments Over the past 25 years, Paul has found success in many roles, and his expertise have benefited thousands of clients of all sizes and needs. Prior to joining Atrion, Paul served as the Vice President of Customer Service at Dimension Data, where he built a tightly integrated international support process and led its North American division through the Cisco Gold Certification and Global Service Provider designation. Prior to Dimension Data he was a minority owner and served as the Director of Customer Service at Data Comm Systems, Inc. Paul’s leadership approach and customer service reoccurring revenue model led DCS to repeatedly achieve annual revenue growth of 20 percent prior to its acquisition by Dimension Data in 2001. At Atrion, also a Cisco Gold Partner, Paul brings each of these talents to his role of Senior Vice President, where he is continuously advancing the growth and success of each of Atrion’s nearly 500 client-company base. Aiding Paul in his quest is Atrion’s Precision Service Architecture.
