Customer Service Excellence Program
Customer Service skills are just as important as IT knowledge for your service technicians. The CompTIA Customer Service Excellence Program is the industry standard for quality customer service skills, measurement and recognition. Through CompTIA training, IT technicians will learn good customer service and give your business a competitive edge.
Our programs are based on integrating communication and support skills with technical skills for both managers and technicians. Businesses that have completed the training report increased customer satisfaction and loyalty, as well as more efficient and effective employees. Training can be administered online when your technicians have time or can be in a classroom with an approved instructor.
To receive accreditation, participants need to go through one of three training programs: Field Service, Help Desk or Diagnostic Troubleshooting. Each training program is provided by an approved vendor.
