Mike Schuler has more than 30 years of experience in service supply chain management, including 13 years in the rental/lease and product remarketing industry and 18 years in service parts supply, reverse logistics, product audit, repair, remanufacturing, remarketing and value recovery.
His successes include more than $250 million in business revenues on engagements with manufacturers, extended warranty third party administrators (TPAs), service providers, retailers and resellers. He established some of the computer industry's first national trade-in programs (Apple and MicroAge) and shared revenue/value recovery programs (Compaq and Dell). Schuler helped grow one aftermarket services provider, Service Electronics/Micro Exchange, from $18 million to over $105 million in a span of 10 years.
He is the recipient of two US Jaycees national awards for leadership (M. Keith Upson and Clint Dunnigan).
