Jeff Priestman is vice president of field services for CompuCom Canada Co.

He previously worked for Getronics Canada, responsible for national services delivery and the network of Getronics service partners. Before that, he worked for 31 years at IBM Canada Ltd., holding several positions in manufacturing, services and sales.

Priestman has an extensive background in service delivery operations and is an advocate of process reengineering and quality processes.
