Susan Krautbauer

Susan Krautbauer has more than 25 years of experience in executive sales, marketing and business management, leading channel sales, marketing and operations for both information technology and trade show and event marketing companies. In her previous position at System Design Advantage, LLC (SDA), Krautbauer was responsible for constructing and leading sales efforts to increase SDA's presence in forward and reverse supply chain logistics, with emphasis on expanding IT service initiatives. This included the company's national parts depot network; test and repair for ATM, POS and VoIP technologies; stage/config/imaging services for technology refresh, IMAC and initial deployment projects; and inventory management/logistics utilizing SDA's expanded warehousing facilities.

Prior to joining SDA in 2003, Krautbauer held several senior management positions with leading technology companies including AMRS, C-Tech, CPU (Nexicore) and Valtron Technology. Her career began in the trade show and event marketing industry with the global leader in exhibit design and logistic services, Skyline Exhibits. While with Skyline, she was responsible for developing new territories and markets throughout the United States, winning several industry awards, such as the General's Club.

In addition to her work at SDA, Krautbauer provides business consulting to SMB start-up companies. She resides in Minneapolis, MN, and in her spare time, she enjoys her role as a drama and music director, mentoring grade school children in the fine arts.
