Dale Johnson

President and CEO, Technology Assurance Group

Dale Johnson serves as president and CEO of Technology Assurance Group (TAG), a leading international organization of more than 150 unified communications providers. At TAG, he has responsibility for all aspects of the organization's operations, including achievement of its mission, realization of its strategic plan, evolving curriculum development and its financial performance.

Before joining TAG, Johnson served as head of strategic planning and mergers and acquisitions for Reddy Ice, Inc. He was instrumental in taking that company public in 1999. Prior experience includes a similar role for Glacier Water, Inc., which reached the public marketplace on the AMEX in 1992. He has started more than 15 entrepreneurial entities, engaged in the acquisition and merger of well over 100 companies and specialized in the development and deployment of "best practices" in each of the various industries he has explored.

Johnson holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Columbia University and a Juris Doctorate from the University of California, Berkeley (Boalt Hall) School of Law.
